We accept cash and all major credit cards. No personal checks, please. You will receive a payment link through QuickBooks.
Do you work on more than ATVs and SXSs?
Yes. Jimmy takes on a wide range of gas-powered repairs. Call (501) 454-4468 and tell him what you have and what needs fixing.
What is the diagnostic fee?
Our standard diagnostic fee is $150.00.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer free same-day estimates. Diagnostics have a separate standard fee of $150.00.
How long will repairs take?
Turnaround times may vary. Call to ask about timing for your repair.
Can I supply my own parts?
Customer-supplied parts cannot be warrantied by Down & Dirty Customs.
How do I arrange a drop-off?
Drop-off arrangements are flexible to meet your schedule. Call us to arrange a time. Night and weekend availability is by request.
